The NotchMaster Product Line

NotchMaster 201M

Our 201M unit is perfect for most applications. This equipment can easily create calibration notches up to 2.00" in length with a full 360 degrees in orientation. Notches and flaws can be place on flat or curved surfaces, including O.D. or I.D. surface of pipes and tubes.

With a lighter power supply, this unit is perfect for calibration notches, small flat bottom holes (up to 1/2" diameter), light corrosion pitting, and simulated wall reductions up to 1 square inch.  Click to learn more.

NotchMaster 301MR

Our 301MR unit is the one to choose if you requirements are more demanding such as thicker metal cross sections or greater metal removal. It provides all the standard features of our 201M unit and more. The equipment can easily create calibration notches from 1/16" long up to 2.00" in length with a full 360 degrees in orientation. Notches and flaws can be placed on flat or curved surfaces, including O.D. or I.D. surface of pipes and tubes.

This unit is excellent for manufacturing calibration notches, large flat bottom holes (up to 1.0" in diameter), heavy corrosion pitting, 60 degree "V's", and simulated wall reductions up to 4 square inches. Click to learn more.
